Christopher Bredstrup Rasmussen (b. 1997) is a Danish-Norwegian architect with a Master degree in Architecture (MAA) and Landscape Architecture (MDL) from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts.

APPROACH

I am strongly inspired by traditions of the past. Whether it is the craftsmanship and human scale of Japanese architecture, or the proportional principles and quiet monumentality of classical European architecture.

I believe that architecture develops across generations, with each generation building upon the knowledge of those before it. At the same time, architecture should always respond to the place in which it is built, engaging with its landscape, climate, materials, and existing character.
